Romani Klein (Mieszkowski) was raised in the hills of Melbourne, before moving to the abandoned gold mining town of Clonbinane, where she rode horses and swam in eel infested creeks. She dreamed of becoming a dentist, but was rescued by a radically angry teacher called Ms O’Brian in Grade 4, who loved to say the word ‘Fuck’ in class. Romani realised it’s more fun to question everything than follow the rules. Romani’s creative career has taken her to London and won her D&AD, MADC, AWARD and Spikes Asia awards. Romani has many years of experience creating big brand campaigns for auto, fashion, haircare, FMCG, Government, education, home decor and spectator sports. She excels in leading teams at agencies or consulting in-house on big projects that need extra strategic and innovation smarts.

Romani is unashamedly enthusiastic about creating world class work.
